Job summary

Affirm Card is a core part of our roadmap, blending debit, credit, and pay-over-time into a single consumer experience. We are seeking a Director of Product to own the affirm Card and Card Platform, shaping end-to-end product strategy, platform capabilities, and partner integrations.

You will build and lead a high-performing product organization, drive growth and profitability, and collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal to deliver durable business outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with experience leading multi-team product areas or platforms.
• Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing PM teams.
• Strategic and systems thinker with ability to connect product decisions to company strategy.
• Platform + fintech depth in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end, including user experience and business outcomes.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and risk for the Card domain; shape investment strategy and resource allocation.
• Lead platform strategy and execution across APIs and servicing systems.
