Job summary

Visa seeks a Director - Card Benefit Partner Strategy & Development to lead U.S. card benefits partnerships. Based in San Francisco or Foster City, you will source, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to deliver differentiated benefits for Visa's issuing clients.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, Sponsorships, Sourcing and Legal to execute deals, define user experiences, and drive business growth, with in-office requirements of at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
