Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director, U.S. Co-Brand Business Development, NA to lead the co-brand strategy and partnerships in North America. You will shape vertical plans, expand Visa product adoption, and drive revenue growth across credit, debit, consumer, and SMB co-brand opportunities.

You will report to the Senior Director and collaborate with EMF sales, issuer accounts, marketing, and product teams, engaging senior executives at merchants and issuers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
• 12+ years with Bachelor's or 8-10 years with Advanced Degree or 6+ years with PhD.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, and deal negotiations.
• Co-brand and payments acumen; understanding of issuer, merchant economics and portfolio dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for high-priority co-brand opportunities in North America, including renewals and new wins.
• Develop and manage the U.S. co-brand sales pipeline across multiple industry verticals.
• Drive prospecting, pitch, RFI and proposal development; lead discussions with clients to secure new business.
• Build Visa's value story by aligning internal stakeholders and securing cross-functional alignment.
• Lead strategic initiatives defining Visa's long-term co-brand approach and thought leadership.
• Serve as a thought leader communicating Visa's co-brand strategy to partners.
• Collaborate with executives across Visa and client organizations at multiple levels.
