Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage volunteers or boards.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, organized with detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to engage key stakeholders and donors with diplomacy.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Strong computer skills with office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support advancement goals through strategic outreach and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with alumni and donors.
• Lead and engage volunteer boards and volunteers.
• Provide guidance for prospect development with frontline fundraisers.
