Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional-level direct solicitation/fundraising experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of major gift or account management experience, especially in a university setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 major gift prospects and donors with gifts of $100,000 or more.
  • Develop and implement personalized donor engagement and solicitation strategies.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Development and division leadership to align donor interests with university priorities.
  • Drive fundraising efforts across scholarships, financial aid, student well-being, career development, experiential learning, and student engagement programs.
