Qualifications

• Must have strong volunteer/board management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated customer service focus and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Canva or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement donor engagement strategies aligned with university campaigns.
• Manage volunteer boards and a portfolio of donors and alumni.
• Collaborate with front-line fundraisers and senior leadership on annual and capital campaigns.
