Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in major gifts, corporate relations, foundation relations, development, sales, business development, or a closely related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100–125 qualified major gift prospects with cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship responsibilities.
• Develop and execute individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies aligning donor interests with School of Law priorities.
• Achieve annual metrics for donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Solicit major gifts of $25,000 and above, including six- and seven-figure commitments.
• Collaborate with University and School of Law leadership on principal gift strategies and donor engagement.
• Maintain accurate prospect activity records in the CRM and prepare donor materials.
• Travel as required to support donor cultivation and fundraising initiatives.
