Job summary

ESB Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Director to build and run the systems, workflows, and data for a fast-growing digital infrastructure company. This on-site role reports to the SVP and focuses on internal business systems, not product management.

You will configure Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and related systems, build workflows and dashboards, and help bring our AI platform into daily operations. You will own the end-to-end system solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems, platforms, or operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, NetSuite, and an HRIS.
• Results from workflow automation or system optimization.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows.
• Clear communication with leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and maintain Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and related systems.
• Build workflows and automations.
• Find manual processes and remove them.
• Build reports and dashboards that leaders trust.
• Support the AI platform after launch and find new use cases.
• Turn business requests into clear system solutions.
