Job summary

Jobot in Austin, TX is seeking a VP of Product & Business Platforms to own and scale core business systems across the organization. This on-site role demands strategic leadership and hands-on execution to drive value from Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, and other critical platforms.

You will partner with functional leaders to optimize workflows, improve data visibility, and embed AI capabilities into daily operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across platforms, systems, or operations.
• Deep experience with enterprise systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, HRIS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows
• Experience driving system optimization and platform transformation
• Experience with data, reporting, or AI-enabled systems preferred
