• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in business operations, operational excellence, strategy, analytics, or finance leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen, turning data into practical action.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Build business cases, savings pipelines, and benefit-tracking methodologies that withstand financial scrutiny.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, cost position, and productivity, with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for executive decision-making.
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and management processes.
• Structure and solve complex problems using data, research, and financial analysis.
• Translate findings into concise, actionable leadership recommendations.
• Develop executive presentations and business narratives for alignment and action.
• Lead high-priority initiatives and manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies, embedding initiatives into the business.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals.
• Provide clear direction, prioritization, and feedback for growth.
• Attract and retain top talent, supporting succession planning.
