Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Senior Operations Analyst for the Project Management Office in Brooklyn, NY. You will support analyses, reporting, and project management to advance hospital initiatives and align with system priorities.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Hospital Operations and Analytics, you will lead cross-disciplinary workstreams, deliver high-quality outputs, and drive projects from identification to implementation on schedule, in a fast-paced health-care environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field required.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in operational or strategic planning roles.
• Strong detail orientation and organization skills; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Anticipate project needs and balance priorities across multiple workstreams; train management on analytics tools.
• Develop project/business plans with PMO tools and track deadlines and outcomes.
• Synthesize complex information for presentations to senior leadership and identify data sources.
