Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Health System Director, Research Enterprise Operations and Administration to advance analytics and data governance across the research portfolio. You will identify data needs, design collection tools, build databases, run analyses and present findings to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with Science Strategy, BI and IT teams to prioritize dashboard projects, guide analytics strategy, and mentor staff while championing innovative predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Healthcare Administration or in a related field.
• 8-10 years of healthcare analytics, research operations, or institutional strategy experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for complex analyses and stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for varied audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-project management capabilities.
• Experience with databases and analytics tools (SQL Developer, Visio, Tableau, Filemaker) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of research dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
• Establish dashboard usability standards and drive user adoption.
• Ensure dashboards align with KPI and strategic goals across the research enterprise.
• Serve as a liaison between OSR, BI and data governance teams to support data strategy.
• Develop and implement data governance and standard definitions for research data.
