NYU Langone Health is seeking a Health System Director, Research Enterprise Operations and Administration within the Office of Science & Research. This role leads dashboard design, data governance and advanced analytics to support institutional research priorities.

The position acts as a liaison across OSR, BI and enterprise data teams, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and ensuring alignment with research KPIs and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8–10 years of healthcare analytics or strategy experience.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development and maintenance of research dashboards and BI tools.
• Establish dashboard usability standards and drive user adoption.
• Align dashboards with institutional KPIs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with OSR leadership and Research IT to prioritize projects.
