Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a key member for their Global Business Development team in Naples, Florida. The role focuses on evaluating strategic opportunities in the pharmaceutical market, requiring strong analytical skills and significant industry experience. Candidates should possess a BA in Biology and ideally an MBA, alongside a proven track record in business development.
Lupin is comprised of a fast-growing, innovative, and robust team of manufacturing, Research and Development, and commercial divisions. These entities form the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin has a significant generic pipeline and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida, focusing on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey, hosts one of Fifteen global commercial manufacturing sites and is the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, along with additional R&D teams. Reporting to the President, Global Business Development, the BD Evaluation, Market Insights & Forecasting will be a key member of Lupin's Global Business Development team. The role involves assessing strategic opportunities for Lupin and providing insights to inform investment decisions. The individual will evaluate the commercial rationale, conduct market research and analysis, perform due diligence, and generate competitive intelligence insights, primarily in pharmaceutical and biotech markets within developed regions (US/EU). Given the role's importance, flexibility and a hands-on approach are required. The candidate must think strategically, collaborate across departments, and influence key decision-makers, often presenting findings to senior management, including the CEO.
