Competenze

• 12+ years in Business Banking Relationship Manager or related lending experience.
• Engage in community relationships for business development.
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Superior analytical, consulting and negotiating skills.
• Recognizes cross-sell and revenue generating opportunities.
• Ability to manage existing portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other bank policies.
• Ability to coach and mentor other team members.
