The Falcon Group is searching for a motivated Director of Building Envelope Project Engineer located in Warren, NJ. This role involves performing investigations, repairs, and rehabilitation of existing buildings, focusing on roofing, façades, and balconies in the multifamily sector.

The selected candidate will carry out evaluations, technical reports, and manage project documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards. A strong background in structural and building envelope assessments is essential.

Competitive salary range of $135,000 to $180,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant field.
• A Professional Engineering (PE) license or Registered Architect (RA) is needed.
• Knowledge of building codes like IBC and IRC.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations of building envelope and structural systems.
• Prepare technical reports about existing conditions.
• Manage project documentation and organize technical records.
