Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring a Project Manager for the Building Envelope High-Rise Restoration Division in Hawthorne, NJ, serving the Greater NYC metro area. You will manage large, self-perform façade restoration projects with strong field leadership of crews and subcontractors.

Required: BS in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering, 3+ years in façade/restoration, experience with NYC agencies, swing stage knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• BS in construction management or related field; civil/structural engineering acceptable.
• 3+ years managing façade restoration or building envelope repair projects.
• Experience with NYC/NYC public agencies (NYCHA, SCA, DASNY, DDC).
• Knowledge of swing stage systems or high-rise access methods.
• Experience with self-performing contractors and large-scale projects up to $50M.

Responsibilities

• Generate repair solutions for building envelope/facade restoration.
• Provide strong field management to self-perform crews and subs.
• Negotiate contracts and material purchases; manage budgets and schedules.
• Forecast finances and monitor safety and quality on projects.
• Identify sales opportunities with existing or prospective customers in the tri-state area.
