Job summary

The Falcon Group in New York City seeks a highly motivated Structural Project Manager to lead repair, restoration, and evaluation of existing buildings. You will oversee evaluation, design conception, bidding, construction administration, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, 3–5 years’ experience, OSHA 30, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in an engineering consulting or construction environment.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead project meetings from kickoff to closeout.
• Verify schedules and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
• Perform on-site inspections and document conditions with reports and sketches.
• Record field measurements and calculations throughout the project.
• Prepare clear correspondence with clients and contractors.
