Job summary

The Falcon Group in New York City is seeking an energetic Structural Project Manager to lead repair, structural and restoration projects for existing buildings. You will support from evaluation and design conception through construction, as well as assessment, bidding and construction administration services.

Responsibilities include inspections, writing reports, ensuring contract compliance, reviewing changes and payments, and maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of engineering consulting or construction industry experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; valid United States Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kickoff, milestone, and closeout meetings for projects.
• Verify schedules and adherence to plans and timelines.
• Conduct on-site inspections, document conditions, perform field tests.
• Record field measurements and perform calculations.
• Prepare correspondence with clients and contractors, maintain professional communication.
• Interpret drawings and technical specifications to ensure correct implementation.
• Communicate project status and escalate issues timely.
• Maintain organized project records and data in company systems.
• Collect post-project feedback and share with supervisor.
• Attend client meetings and events; engage in networking and marketing activities.
