The Falcon Group is seeking an experienced Building Envelope Specialist to support and lead projects involving evaluation, design, and remediation of exterior cladding and envelope systems across multifamily, commercial, and institutional buildings. This individual will perform technical evaluations, develop detailed reports and design documents, participate in bidding and contractor selection, and provide construction administration and construction observation throughout project execution.
Candidates must demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building envelope assemblies—with a particular emphasis on cladding systems—along with the ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to the continued growth of our envelope team. An IIBEC credential (RBEC, RRC, RWC, REWC, or similar) is strongly preferred.
Estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $135,000. The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. The salary offered will vary based on experience, education, skills, abilities, and certifications/license if applicable.
