Job summary

The Falcon Group is seeking a Division Manager in New York City to lead the Structural Engineering division. The role supports the Structural Engineering Director and oversees engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality services and key client relationships.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in repair and restoration projects, QPSI certification, and a civil/structural engineering degree. Significant travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an engineering consulting or construction environment.
• QPSI certification required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Valid United States Driver’s License; ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive VP and Structural Engineering Director in guiding the team.
• Oversee project delivery to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal meetings and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
• Mentor Project Associates and manage multiple employees.
• Maintain records, field reports, and client communications.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
