Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Director of Communications and Voice to shape the brand's voice across ambassadors, customers, employees, and the public. You will lead strategy, guard the Plexus voice, and ensure messaging builds trust and drives growth.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and international teams to coordinate product launches, incentives, events, and corporate initiatives while establishing disciplined execution and clear ownership.

Qualifications

• Eight years leading communications and/or marketing teams.
• Exceptional writing and editing to craft compelling copy.
• Strategic planning turning objectives into measurable plans.
• Collaboration across functions to align priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• People leadership: hiring, development, accountability.
• Judgment and discretion in confidential communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or equivalent experience.
• Onsite work environment: Plexus onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy and brand voice.
• Guide messaging, copywriting, and editing.
• Translate complex information into clear messages.
• Develop plans for product launches, incentives, promotions, events.
• Build cross-functional relationships and align stakeholders.
• Deliver communications across channels to support Ambassador growth.
• Guide employee communications aligned with mission and values.
• Establish roles, workflows, and accountability; manage vendors.
• Monitor results and drive data-informed improvements.
