Job summary

Plexus Worldwide LLC seeks a Director of Consumer Experience to design and lead a new function focused on improving how consumers discover, purchase, use, reorder, and share Plexus products. This leader translates consumer insights and Voice of Customer data into measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Reporting to the executive team, the role involves shaping the team, operating model, and roadmap, partnering with Marketing, Digital, Field

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in consumer experience, lifecycle management, consumer insights, marketing, digital experience, or customer operations.
• Includes at least three years at manager level or above leading people, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build the Consumer Experience function with governance, roadmap, and team.
• Improve end-to-end consumer journeys across discovery, purchase, onboarding, use, reorder, and advocacy.
