• Global Internal Communications Strategy Execution: Drive the planning, development and delivery of internal communications at the enterprise level.
• Author executive messaging, company-wide updates, town hall content and initiative rollouts.
• Partner with regional teams to align annual communication plans and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Own intranet, digital signage and newsletters; monitor and optimize channel effectiveness.
• Craft timely change and leadership communications with enterprise leadership.
