Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC. seeks a Director of Communications and Voice to shape and unify Plexus’s communications across Ambassadors, customers, employees, and the public.

You’ll guard the Plexus voice, creating a consistent brand tone and delivering messages that build trust and engagement. You will drive multi-channel communications for product launches, promotions, and company initiatives while ensuring disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Eight years leading communications and/or marketing teams, including at least three years as a manager.
• Exceptional writing and editing: ability to create compelling copy and coach others.
• Strategic planning and execution: turning business objectives into coordinated plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy and brand voice for Plexus.
• Guide messaging, copywriting, and editing to reflect the Plexus brand.
• Translate complex information into clear audience-appropriate messages.
• Develop coordinated communications plans for product launches, incentives, and events.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align stakeholders on priorities and timing.
