Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Director to create and lead the Consumer Experience function. You will translate insights into a tangible roadmap that drives acquisition, engagement and loyalty across product discovery, use, reorders and advocacy.

You’ll partner with the VP to shape the team, governance, and strategies, delivering measurable growth and a data-driven consumer journey. This role requires executive collaboration and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in consumer experience, lifecycle management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to map consumer journeys, remove friction, and develop engagement strategies.
• Experience translating Voice of Customer feedback and data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven success turning priorities into initiatives delivered with measurement.
• Ability to align cross-functional partners and influence business decisions.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams with clear accountability.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills amid ambiguity and change.
• Experience with dashboards, CRM, VOC, and digital analytics platforms preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build the Consumer Experience function with strategy, team, governance and roadmap.
• Map and optimize Retail and VIP journeys—from discovery to advocacy.
• Launch a Voice of Customer program and dashboards with baseline measures.
• Develop consumer lead pipelines with Marketing and Digital to improve acquisition.
• Drive measurable improvements in retention, reorder, engagement and lifetime value.
