Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, LLC., headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Marketing Programs Manager to own integrated campaigns from strategy through launch and evaluation. You translate business objectives into campaign goals, audiences, messaging, and success metrics, ensuring all workstreams deliver a single cohesive experience.

As the central aligner across Marketing, Sales, and Traffic Management, you’ll direct programs, balance big-picture thinking with detail, and lead a high volume of work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns or related marketing initiatives; 6+ years preferred.
• Experience in the direct-selling industry is preferred.
• Campaign leadership across copy, video, graphic design, and paid media.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through launch, completion, and performance evaluation.
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messaging, creative direction, requirements, and success measures aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain accountability for overall campaign direction, cohesion, readiness, and effectiveness as priorities evolve.
• Develop campaign briefs and ensure marketing workstreams come together as a cohesive, on-brand experience.
• Lead program-level readiness reviews and translate campaign results into actionable recommendations.
