Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Director of Consumer Experience to build and lead a new function driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven consumer insights.

The role partners with executives to shape team structure, operating model, and roadmaps, delivering measurable improvements in consumer journeys and lifecycle metrics across Plexus Brand Ambassadors and direct channels.

Qualifications

• Eight years in consumer experience, lifecycle marketing, or related fields with leadership of teams or programs.
• Experience mapping consumer journeys and removing friction to lift conversions and loyalty.
• Ability to translate VOC data, behavioral metrics, and insights into actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Consumer Experience function with defined governance and roadmap.
• Map end-to-end consumer journeys across discovery, purchase, use, reorder, and advocacy.
• Establish VOC programs and dashboards to track journey performance and drive actions.
