Job summary

PayPal in New York City is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Global Pay Later team to define the strategy and roadmap for merchant experiences. You will lead a high-impact, data-driven product organization and partner across functions to accelerate Total Payment Volume growth.

You will champion customer experience, balance regulatory and time-to-market considerations, and drive profitability while scaling BNPL solutions globally in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant product management experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership.
• Experience launching and managing BNPL products globally.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve product delivery.
• Advanced or master's degree in business, technology, finance preferred.
• Self-directed and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish a shared vision across the company for products or platform enabling development & scalability.
• Leads product strategy development with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Influences architectural roadmap balancing design, implementation, regulatory requirements, and time-to-market.
• Champions the customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements.
• Defines and uses metrics to inform product success and drives data-driven decisions.
• Responsible for product profitability and budgeting.
