AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a Director, Benefits & Retirement to lead health, welfare, and retirement programs for about 10,000 employees, including self-insured health plans, pension, 401(k), and deferred compensation.

You will translate strategic direction into actionable roadmaps, collaborating with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and vendors, and oversee Workday Benefits and retirement administration to ensure compliant, financially sustainable programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Employee Benefits, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience overseeing health and welfare and retirement programs.
• 5+ years of progressive people leadership or management experience.
• Experience with self-insured health plans and 401(k)/defined benefit plans.
• Knowledge of ERISA and federal and state regulations governing benefits and retirement.

• Lead the execution of the established benefits and retirement strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs.
• Partner with Finance, actuaries, and vendors on budgeting, funding, and projections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and plan governance.
• Lead Workday Benefits and retirement administration and integrations.
