SRS Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead enterprise-wide benefit strategy, governance, and program design. You will partner with senior leadership, Finance, HR, and external partners to deliver data-driven health and retirement solutions that support talent attraction and retention.

You will own plan design decisions, manage budgeting and vendor negotiations, and ensure regulatory compliance across self-insured programs in a large multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Advanced degree and/or professional certifications such as CEBS or PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in benefits management within a large, complex organization.
• Experience managing self-insured programs and complex vendor environments.
• Skills: Strong financial, analytical, actuarial acumen; influence senior leaders; ERISA knowledge; communication and change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the enterprise benefits strategy aligned with business objectives and market best practices.
• Own plan design decisions across medical, retirement, and wellness programs; manage funding rules and contributions.
• Lead annual benefits planning, renewal cycle, and open enrollment with cost modeling and leadership recommendations.
• Oversee self-insured strategy, claims oversight, stop-loss, and pharmacist cost management.
• Ensure ERISA compliance, vendor controls, and regulatory readiness.
• Manage benefits budget with fiscal discipline and cost containment.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations related to benefits.
