Auto Club Services is seeking a Director, Benefits & Retirement to lead health, welfare, and retirement programs for about 10,000 employees. You will drive strategy, translate it into roadmaps, and manage programs with a focus on compliance, financial sustainability, and vendor partnerships.

The role requires deep expertise in plan design, administration, funding, and regulatory compliance, with cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, Legal, and IT.
