Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Dallas is seeking a Policies & Procedures Professional to help draft, review and update Bank Non-Financial Risk policies, procedures, notices and manuals. This director-level role reports to the Bank Compliance Head of Policies and Procedures and supports governance offices.

You will partner with SMEs to translate regulatory changes into policy language, maintain style standards, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. or MBA a plus.
• 6+ years in policy development and editing.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and update Bank Non-Financial Risk policies and procedures.
• Research regulatory changes and translate into policy updates.
• Support annual policy review plan and governance submissions.
