Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Policies & Procedures Professional to help draft, review, and update Bank Non-Financial Risk policies, procedures, and manuals. This role reports to the Bank Compliance Head of Policies and Procedures and operates within a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (J.D., MBA, or CRCM a plus) and at least six years of experience developing and editing policies and procedures, with strong MS Office skills and excellent

• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D., MBA or CRCM a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience developing and editing policies and procedures.
• Thorough attention to detail and ability to follow up on items.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to interview subject matter experts and translate information into policies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to build and update Bank Non-Financial Risk policy content.
• Research regulatory changes and translate to policies and procedures.
• Support Head of Policies & Procedures in setting standards and annual review plan.
• Submit policies for review and track delivery timelines.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into policy updates.
• Maintain consistency in style and terminology across policies.
• Prepare policy materials for senior management and governance committees.
