Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to drive agile teams and digital banking initiatives for financial services. You will guide portfolio strategy, implement SAFe practices, and partner with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused financial products.

You will leverage data, AI, and design thinking to enhance payments, fraud prevention, and money movement while ensuring regulatory compliance and security. Remote-friendly within the United States market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
• 8+ years in product development, process improvement, or project delivery.
• 3+ years leading large matrixed teams.
• Experience in marketing, strategy, digital, process, or UX in financial services.
• Agile Scrum best practices; product owner for a scrum team.
• Knowledge of Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and use cases.
• 8+ years of digital product management with customer-facing digital banking products.
• 2+ years in fraud prevention, payments, or personalization.
• 3+ years leveraging data, analytics, AI/ML to improve customer experiences.
• Strong digital banking security and authentication knowledge.
• Experience with MFA, device trust, risk-based authentication, and security UX patterns.
• Proven mobile-first product and UX mindset; 3+ years in native iOS/Android.
• Experience in payments, money movement, or dispute services.
• Led agile product teams in fintech or large digital organizations.
• Able to define product strategy using insights, data, design thinking, tech, risk, and AI.

Job description

• Lead agile teams developing solutions aligned with the Bank's business objectives and company strategy
• Create and implement policies and processes for agile methodologies and strategic business outcomes
• Own Team-of-Teams and team-level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Manage project assignments and prioritize work for agile teams
• Oversee deliverables, funding, resource allocation, and timely progress
• Lead team dynamics, collaboration, goal achievement, and risk mitigation
• Resolve escalated impediments, conflicts, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate, coach, support, and guide leaders and teams in agile principles and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
• 8 years' experience in product development, process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis, including 2 years within a financial services organization
• 3 years of direct team leadership experience or leading large matrixed, cross-functional teams
• Experience in marketing, strategy, digital, process, or user experience design within a financial organization
• Agile Scrum best practices and experience as a product owner for a scrum team
• Knowledge and experience of multiple technical software delivery methodologies such as Agile and SAFe
• Experience analyzing business requirements, process flows, and use cases
• Experience streamlining business processes and end-to-end payments flows in accordance with risk management, regulatory, and network requirements
• Comprehensive experience in applicable banking regulatory and compliance policies
• 8+ years of digital product management experience, including leadership of customer-facing digital banking products
• 2+ years of experience in fraud prevention, disputes, member protection, payments and money movement, financial wellness, PFM, customer insights, or personalization solutions
• 3+ years of experience leveraging data, behavioral analytics, AI, machine learning, or generative AI to improve customer experiences
• Strong understanding of digital banking security, authentication, and identity experiences
• Experience with multifactor authentication, device trust, risk-based authentication, account security controls, and customer-facing security UX patterns
• Proven mobile-first product and UX mindset, with 3+ years delivering native iOS and Android experiences
• Experience supporting digital banking capabilities related to payments, money movement, transaction experiences, financial insights, fraud monitoring, or dispute servicing
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing agile product teams, product pods, or scrum teams within fintech, digital-first banks, or large-scale digital organizations
• Ability to define product strategy and deliver measurable outcomes using customer insights, data analytics, design thinking, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and AI capabilities
• Must not require current or future immigration support or visa sponsorship
