- Define and deliver strategy and vision for digital experiences
- Contribute to U.S. Bank’s long-term digital strategy for corporate and commercial customer lifecycle management
- Research, ideate, prioritize, promote, and deliver digital capabilities and automation to acquire, retain, and service corporate clients
- Interact with stakeholders across the bank regarding opportunities, strategic vision, roadmap prioritization, and risks
- Use data-driven approaches to prioritize product development
- Measure and optimize digital experiences supporting self-service and human-assisted interactions
- Establish digital product vision using market and competitive insights, customer needs, and business priorities
- Align product vision across enabling functions and establish an integrated delivery roadmap
- Manage priorities and capacity using OKRs, NSMs, and leading indicators
- Integrate digital products, platforms, and capabilities to drive business value
- Drive digital product development through the agile delivery lifecycle
- Evaluate ideas through discovery and customer-centric research
- Enable cross-channel strategy across web, mobile, voice, and in-person interactions
- Deliver research briefs, personas, story maps, prototypes, product charters, and experience maps
- Develop and continuously measure north star metrics against target outcomes
Requirements
- Digital Product Management experience
- Typically 8-10 yrs or more of experience
- Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements; ability to plan and design solutions using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
- Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and internal and external customer needs
- Strong customer centricity
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products
- Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling organizational risk exposureAbility to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
