Job summary

Helm Inc. is seeking a Director/VP of Business Development for the RNS division. You will own growth initiatives, leveraging extensive automotive OEM relationships to drive consulting and network service deals.

The role rewards a hunter mindset and high autonomy with a compensation structure weighted toward performance. Based in the Greater Detroit area or major US markets with travel, you will close high-value partnerships and expand Helm’s footprint across the automotive aftermarket and OEM

Qualifications

Experience selling consulting services in the automotive aftermarket.
Ready-to-leverage network with OEM decision-makers (non-Stellantis) in Parts & Service.
Based in Greater Detroit area or a major metro, willing to travel frequently.
Motivation to work under a highly variable commission structure.

Responsibilities

Drive top-line growth by securing new client partnerships in the retail network services sector.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise targets.
Evaluate risk/reward profiles for prospective deals across the sales lifecycle.
Convert industry insights and contacts into actionable business opportunities.
Partner with Helm sales and account leaders to execute cross-selling initiatives.
