Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Director I, Product Analysis to lead the Auto Product Monitoring team within the Auto Product Management and Execution group. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze and inform Auto programs for USRM, shaping pricing programs and supporting profit and growth goals.

Lead AI initiatives to expand monitoring capabilities and drive data-driven decisions. You will guide a team of analysts, define key metrics, visualize results, and build scalable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years (typically 8+) of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
• Knowledge of AI use cases applied to monitoring and analysis.
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
• Leadership experience and directly managing others is beneficial.
• Prior Personal Lines Auto experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to provide in-depth analysis of state program launches and overall program performance.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities for team.
• Sign-off on the top-line monitoring of a leading Personal Line Auto Product to ensure product launched with excellence and inform broader organization of initial product results.
• Provide analysis & timely updates on product performance to key stakeholders including Director of State Operations, USRM Auto Leadership, Modeling, Risk Analytics, and fellow APME team members.
• Builds new best-in-class processes, visuals, tools and approaches to understand preliminary market results.
• Utilize AI tools and capabilities to expand our breadth and depth of monitoring across our Auto products.
• Collaborates with Data Strategy & Reporting and the Data Office to ensure the proper monitoring datasets and reports are available Day 1.
• Offers insights into the design and expectations of future product launches.
