Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a Director I, Product Analysis to lead the Auto Product Monitoring team within the Auto Product Management and Execution group. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze and guide Auto programs for USRM, shaping pricing programs and informing future rollouts.

The role includes leading AI initiatives to enhance monitoring capabilities and reporting from Day 1. Hybrid work option available; remote possible for eligible candidates beyond 50 miles from a main hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field.
• 6+ years, typically 8+ years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
• Proficiency and understanding of AI use cases applied to the monitoring and analysis space.
• Must have strong planning, organization, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
• Leadership experience and directly managing others beneficial.
• Prior Personal Lines Auto experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to provide in-depth analysis of state program launches and overall program performance.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities for team.
• Sign-off on the top-line monitoring of a leading Personal Line Auto Product to ensure product launched with excellence.
• Provide updates on product performance to key stakeholders including Director of State Operations, USRM Auto Leadership, Modeling, Risk Analytics, and APME team members.
• Build new best-in-class processes, visuals, tools and approaches to understand preliminary market results.
• Utilize AI tools and capabilities to expand monitoring across Auto products.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy & Reporting and the Data Office to ensure proper monitoring datasets and reports.
• Offer insights into the design and expectations of future product launches.
