Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of New Vertical Sales (Auto Loans) to lead the GTM strategy and commercial expansion in the United States. This remote role focuses on building a new vertical, identifying high-value partners, and negotiating strategic agreements.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to launch, and work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to deliver compelling offerings for lenders and borrowers, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales, BD, or partnerships experience.
• Track record closing complex high-value agreements in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Define the go-to-market strategy for auto loan market entry and expansion.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract launches.
• Build executive relationships with lenders, OEMs, dealers, and related platforms.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and partnership economics.
• Drive partner launches from signed agreement to go-live with product/engineering support.
• Translate market insights into product, pricing, and market positioning.
• Develop scalable sales processes and repeatable partner acquisition playbooks.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize prospecting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to align priorities.
• Grow a portfolio of active lender partnerships and identify future expansion opportunities.
