Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director, Product Automation in the United States to lead an AI and automation strategy across products and services. This founding role will build a scalable function from the ground up, shaping how clients experience technology-enabled solutions and driving efficiency, quality, and growth.

You'll define the automation framework, establish metrics, and partner with operations, marketing, and leadership to translate capabilities into market-ready strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling a product, automation, AI, or technology strategy function in services/agency contexts.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across marketing, service delivery and executive teams.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and social listening technologies.
• Experience with enterprise marketing tech platforms and data-driven workflows.
• Product-innovation mindset with ability to translate tech into client outcomes.
• Ability to establish structure and strategic direction in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organization's AI and automation strategy across products, workflows, and client service delivery.
• Evaluate and implement tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of services.
• Develop a standardized automation framework applicable across offerings.
• Establish reporting and metrics to measure impact on efficiency and margins.
