Job summary

Workstream in Brandon, Florida is seeking a dedicated store director responsible for leading operations and overseeing team performance. Qualifications

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or assistant manager preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
• Participate in monthly leadership meetings while reporting on respective area(s) of the Restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to fellow team members' and guests' needs.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.

Director Responsibilities
