Chick-fil-A in Massachusetts seeks a Restaurant Director to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor teams.

Restaurant Directors are high-level representatives and guardians of the brand of Chick‑fil‑A for the local Owner/Operator. These are high performing leaders who have strong emotional control and leadership qualities. Directors will oversee a broader area of the business and have higher level responsibilities. Directors are tasked with consistently meeting restaurant metric targets for each day part including Labor Productivity, Food Cost, Customer Satisfaction scores, and Food Safety. They oversee the production of service for guests and ensure every guest experience is equally as positive. They are constantly seeking personal and professional growth and oversee leadership development throughout the restaurant.
