Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director to lead the Asset Management Center of Excellence, guiding analytics, AI, data strategy, and pricing optimization across the Fleet Management Solutions business.

Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Management, you will drive a long-term AI roadmap, translating data into measurable financial outcomes and partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Technology to improve EBITDA and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management, commercial strategy, product management, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives that generated measurable financial results.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy aligned with enterprise growth and profitability.
• Lead the Asset Management Center of Excellence responsible for analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, asset lifecycle optimization, and automation.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, asset productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies.
