Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Asset Management CoE to lead analytics, AI, data strategy, and pricing optimization across fleet management solutions. You will transform data into measurable business value and partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Data Science.

Reporting to the VP of Asset Management, you will set the long-term AI roadmap, move concepts from pilot to production, and drive EBITDA improvement through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (as stated).
• MBA/Analytics/Data Science preferred.
• 7-10 years leadership in analytics/pricing/finance/asset management.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Asset Management AI, data, analytics and automation strategy.
• Lead Asset Management CoE for analytics, reporting, fleet intel, lifecycle optimization.
• Partner with executives to identify revenue growth, cost reduction and asset productivity opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and governance linking analytics to financial outcomes.
• Lead pricing strategy and optimization across asset portfolios.
• Drive AI/ML, optimization models delivering measurable business value.
• Translate AI tech into commercial, operational and financial applications.
• Build and lead high-performing analytics and BI teams.
