Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI, data strategy, reporting, and technology optimization across the fleet management solutions business.

Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Management, this leader will transform data into measurable value and drive EBITDA growth by advancing pricing optimization, customer insights, and enterprise dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, engineering, or computer science.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management Center of Excellence analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, asset lifecycle optimization, and technology enablement.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reductions, and asset productivity improvements.
• Develop KPIs, governance models, and performance measurement frameworks tied to financial outcomes.
• Lead pricing strategy and optimization across asset portfolios including elasticity and discount management.
• Identify and deploy GenAI, predictive analytics, ML, and AI agent capabilities for measurable value.
• Oversee descriptive to prescriptive analytics and enterprise reporting to support executive decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team and drive data-driven decision making.
