Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of the Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI, and data strategy across the fleet management domain.

You will partner with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and Technology to drive data-driven decisions that improve revenue, profitability, asset utilization, and EBITDA. You will develop a long-term AI and analytics roadmap, translate emerging technologies into scalable business capabilities, and guide cross-functional teams toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy.
• Manage analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities for revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.
• Establish KPIs and governance linking analytics to financial outcomes.
• Lead enterprise reporting and dashboard development for executive decisions.
