Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI, and data strategy across the enterprise. You will drive pricing optimization, financial outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration to improve EBITDA and asset utilization.

You will mentor a high-performing analytics team and partner with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and Technology to scale data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in analytics, pricing, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management CoE analytics, AI, data strategy, and optimization.
• Partner with exec leadership to drive revenue growth and EBITDA.
• Define KPIs, governance, and performance reporting linked to financial outcomes.
• Develop and execute AI/ML roadmap and scale pilots to production.
• Oversee pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and portfolio performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Deliver enterprise reporting and decision-support for senior leadership.
