Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI, and data strategy across fleet management. You will partner with Finance, Pricing, Sales, and Technology to drive data-driven decisions that improve revenue, EBITDA, and asset utilization.

The role demands strategic leadership, enterprise analytics, and a track record of translating insights into financial value. Travel 0-10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, or data field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in MBA, analytics, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years leading analytics, pricing, finance or asset management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management CoE analytics, AI, data strategy, and reporting.
• Drive pricing optimization, revenue growth, and asset profitability.
• Develop AI and analytics roadmap and scale pilots to production.
• Analyse customer, market, and product data to optimize portfolio strategies.
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and decision support.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
