Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Director – Army Advanced Systems to lead strategic sales, customer engagement, and capture efforts for X-BAT and other advanced systems for US Army markets. You will own the end-to-end advanced systems BD lifecycle, engaging Army stakeholders and driving adoption and revenue.

This role demands defense sales expertise, deep Army mission knowledge, and the ability to influence requirements and solicitations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic capture or Army policy development.
• Deep knowledge of Army requirements and acquisition processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies.
• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Army capture strategy for X-BAT and related programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to pursue multi-year Army program wins.
• Build relationships with Army stakeholders across Aviation, Fires, and Intel communities.
• Shape requirements and influence solicitations to align with Shield AI portfolios.
